"Had a great stay at Timberwood Inn! The breakfast was delicious and such a nice way to start the day. I felt really welcomed from the moment I arrived—everyone was kind and helpful. The location is also super convenient, with restaurants just a short walk away. Would definitely stay again!

"10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. "

"Great, funky place! Fun design everywhere. Staff were very friendly and everything seemed brand new. Stayed here during our tour of Oregon colleges and it’s a very short drive to UofO. If you’re looking for a hotel with restaurants adjacent, this isn’t the place, but otherwise it’s perfect. "

"We loved staying at Hyatt Place whenever we visited our daughter in college. She graduated this year so we won’t be back to Eugene. We love the roof top bars ambiance and drinks.
