"we stayed in the Gamekeepers residence, was spotless on arrival with pretty much all the equipment we needed for a weeks stay. Couldnt buy too much chilled food at once as the fridge is a little small but loved our stay there. the bed/bedroom is really nicely done, perfect for a couple. Minimal contact with staff which suited us as thats what we like. Close access to shops and ameneties in the town very close by, and a good homebase to explore lots of different areas of Cornwall. "We had a lovely stay at this pretty and comfortable pod. Jean was very helpful and friendly and pod was very well equipped and laid out. No wasted space but plenty of room. Great shower, oodles of hot water and plenty of power points. Wi-Fi excellent and plenty of cosy touches. Thoroughly recommend for those who want a property that’s tucked away but the host is at the farmhouse nearby. We will be back! Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay and cuddles with your dogs!"

"there is NO beach view from the lodge but a superb distant view of the City of Plymouth across the Tamar river. Property very clean, outside patio area & furniture needs a good pressure wash clean. One single bed lacks headboard, no bathmats for showers, these are minor gripes, it's a lovely place to stay with nearly everything you need inside. Good restaurant on site."
