The outdoor space has been thoughtfully designed with every amenity you'll need for a perfect desert escape. Enjoy a beautiful cedar hot tub and cowboy pool, both perched on a brand-new wooden deck offering unobstructed desert vistas. Relax in the hammock circle—perfect for stargazing with friends—or take a soak in the outdoor stone tubs under the night sky. Lounge on the chaise chairs, or gather around the outdoor fire pit for cozy evenings. Embrace a holistic retreat on the yoga and meditation platform, surrounded by Zen circles that capture the energy of the Ventara. Dine al fresco on the patio, with ample seating for everyone.

★ Living Area & Kitchen ★

Step inside to an open floor plan where the living area seamlessly flows into the fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the cozy seating, enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace, and listen to tunes on the record player or Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meals, including pots, pans, cookware, and all necessary appliances. Fresh coffee beans are provided for sunrise mornings, and an electric kettle is available for tea lovers. The large dining table and bar seating offer plenty of space for meals or remote work. For our digital nomad guests, high-speed Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

★ The Bedrooms & Bathroom ★

Each bedroom features a luxurious queen-sized bed with soft linens, oversized duvets, and cloud-like pillows for a restful night’s sleep. Both rooms also include a TV for your entertainment. The living room sofa pulls out for additional sleeping space, and we provide plenty of bath, hand, and face towels for your stay. The bathroom, simple yet elegant, boasts a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with a window that ensures privacy while letting in natural light.

★ The Casita ★

In the backyard, you'll find a charming casita—perfect for extra guests or for those who want to sleep closer to nature. It features a twin bed with a twin rollout, comfortably accommodating two people. Just steps from the casita is a full outdoor bathroom, with power, for your convenience.

★ Guest Access ★

You’ll have full access to the entire house and the sprawling 5-acre property. A supply closet in the washer/dryer room and outdoor storage unit will remain locked.

Ventara comes equipped with a 240v EV Charging Port for your convenience, however please note that guests must bring their portable charger.

Ventara is equipped with both AC/Heat. The casita has heat only.
