Welcome to the house "TY MANOA", a lovely independent house, fully renovated and 60m² in size, located just 50 metres from the GR34 long-distance hiking trail that overlooks the sea, between the Aber Benoît and the Iroise Sea.

The Beg Ar Vill fish farms, 250 metres away, offer you the opportunity to enjoy fresh seafood during your stay.



The Space:

The house is nestled in a 900m² garden, fully enclosed to ensure peace and privacy. You can relax on the sunny terrace all day long, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue for convivial outdoor moments while the children enjoy the swing.



On the ground floor, a modern kitchen with a dining island, open to a warm living room with a wood-burning stove, will welcome you for moments of relaxation. You will also find a shower room with a shower and washbasin unit, as well as an independent toilet on the ground floor.



Upstairs, the house offers two comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a small study, and a second bedroom with two single beds (90x200).



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.



This house is managed by Hestia Conciergerie, to guarantee you a unique and unforgettable traveller experience. We will be at your disposal throughout your stay to help you organise your trip, recommend the best addresses and also book activities according to your wishes. We also offer a rental service: childcare equipment, games, sports equipment (scooters, paddles, molkky...) You will thus feel right at home!



Smokers are accepted but only outside the house. Parties are also prohibited.



This house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.



Animals are also welcome, the garden is particularly fully enclosed.
