"Villa Ker Breizh" Seaside Villa with Pool

Located in Lancieux, Brittany, this 200 m² house welcomes up to 10 guests with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Enjoy a private, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, Wi-Fi, large-screen TVs, washing machine, dryer, automated underfloor heating, and a dedicated workspace. Outside, relax in a quiet, private 530 m² garden with no overlooking neighbors, and a 70 m² uncovered south-west facing terrace. The private heated pool (28°C), accessible from Easter holidays to the end of September, features a retractable cover. There’s also a private barbecue, outdoor shower, and a shared playground.



You have access to 2 shared parking spaces on site, with additional street parking available. Beach towels are provided. Two bikes, one e-bike, and a two-person canoe are at your disposal to explore the area. Events are not permitted.



The villa is in the heart of Lancieux, 200 m from the beautiful Saint-Sieu beach and its water sports center, and 400 m from the golf course. This family-friendly seaside resort offers 8 beaches in a preserved setting. Lancieux is 20 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, and 30 minutes from Saint-Cast le Guildo and Cap Fréhel.
