"The property is in a very safe and quiet community on a golf course in the southern parts of Charlotte. The neighbors are friendly and the community is clean. I used the property to attend the Nascar Race Weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway, which is about 35 minutes away. This is a perfect property for a small group to the Charlotte area."

"Pros: clean, good space for family with several kids, good location for our needs, has all the essentials, excellent water pressure! Cons: right next to the busy road, very small water heater (or maybe the water pressure is just that much), starting to show some wear, could use some aesthetic updates Overall it fit our needs and most importantly was clean, and we would return!"

"We stayed here for a wedding nearby. The communication with Bernadette was excellent. We had everything we needed at the house and more. Food lion was a very short drive as well. House was very clean, AC going and set up upon arrival. Neighborhood was quaint and quiet. We would stay again if ever in the area."

"Overall, the house wasn’t the worst for the price. What upset us the most was lack of, or auto generated responses to all messages sent to the host during our stay. The lack of a checkout list also probably contributed to the fact we were greeted by a full stinky trash can. We had no clue what to do with anything upon checkout, so we guessed. The host provided incorrect WiFi information and did not respond to a single message our entire stay, just sent what seemed like autogenerated messages...

"Andrea is a superstar host! We just loved her! The site was a little hard to find, as our GPS took us to a totally different location and finding the correct spot took almost an hour. (Apparently, this is common according to the homeowners in the area we spoke to.)
