This newly renovated apartment is being offered as a furnished month to month rental with all utilities included and off street parking.

The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, 55” HD TV, kitchen with Samsung black stainless smart appliances and a table and chairs.

The bedroom has a king sized bed and you will find the spacious bathroom right off the bedroom. There is a walk in closet, stand up shower, and a washer and dryer inside of the bathroom.

This is a second floor walk up.
Other things to note
This unit is a month to month furnished rental. The unit includes all of the basics you need such as linens, basic cookware, full kitchen, and washer and dryer.

There is one off street parking space included and on street parking available for additional vehicles.

All utilities are included, including WiFi. It is very strong WiFi and you should have no problem working from home. The television is a smart TV and you can use all of your favorite streaming services. We do not have cable.

We do include a starter set of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. We do not continuously replenish these.

During the winter months we have a company contracted to do snow removal on the sidewalks and plow the parking lot. They will not shovel out your car.
