Perfect in every respect
This cottage is just lovely. We needed somewhere to stay at fairly short notice to visit an ill relative, and this was just perfect for myself, my wife, and my Dad. Spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could ever need. It's such a shame we couldn't stay longer but it's very likely that we will be back

Lovely Stay
I have just stayed for 3 days and I have to say i would 100% recommend staying here...The location, how peaceful it is, very clean, owners on hand if necessary, everything you need. I went away for a few days of rest and that is exactly what i got !!

Escape to the country!
A wonderful, restful stay for myself and two friends. We were looking for somewhere to rest, relax, catch up and read books and we certainly achieved this at this beautiful property. Brilliant communication with the host, they were able to offer recommendations for where to eat in the local area as well as making our check-in and -out process seamless. The proper itself was perfect for what we wanted: comfortable, clean, full of useful amenities and in an ideal location. We loved meeting the dogs, chickens and pigs, as well as the very kind hosts. Thank you very much!

Wonderful Get-Away!
This was one of the best experiences we ever had regarding a vacation home. Wonderful and attentive hosts, a wonderful house, with a wonderful view from the porch, into the quaint world of Mid Wales!

Beautiful setting
We were very comfortable here, with all we needed for a relaxing week away. Great communication with Daniela who was on hand next door. Great location for exploring the coast as well as further afield. The town of Lampeter is within 5 mins drive, with Co-op the nearest supermarket.

A gorgeous spot, with idyllic surroundings. The cottage is beautiful and the hosts friendly. A perfect place to sit and do nothing with a book, and a great base to go exploring further afield

Daniela & John were most welcoming as were missy and poppy, we needed a much needed break & lanlas didn’t disappoint and fitted our plans perfectly. Everything we needed was to hand, there were beautiful sunsets and stunning views. We hope to go back soon.

Nice cottage
The cottage itself is nice and has all the necessary furnishings and equipment needed for a stay. The owners did not introduce themselves they live in the adjacent house. It is a long drive from any attractions or activities and Lampeter is quite a poor town with not much to offer.

Friendly and Welcoming
We found the cottage to be just what we wanted for a few days peace and quiet with the dog, close enough to travel to the coast, and found a couple of lovely places to eat in Aberaeron. Cottage was very comfortable with nice deck and fantastic views across the valley.

Lovely Peaceful Honeymoon Break
We stayed for our honeymoon which was a bit delayed as our wedding was last year! Naturally it was long awaited and the cottage was exactly the serene get away we were craving. The entire place was spotless and lots of lovely essentials (and some not so essential treats) were waiting for us after our long drive here, including some lovely fresh eggs! We have felt so catered for and will be leaving full of peace and very refreshed.

Family short trip away
We had amazing communication from the owners who were really helpful in organising our requirements for our young son (6 months). The cottage was so nice and had the perfect countryside feeling. The view of the valley was just spectacular out of the front window even if the Welsh weather did it's best to try and hide it! The owners also left us some delicious free range eggs complimentary which we all enjoyed and was such a nice touch. I would recommend this place to anyone as we had such a nice time.

We absolutely adored our stay at the property. It was beautifully designed and equipped with everything you could need. We felt spoilt and wished we had booked to stay longer. The view from the patio/decking was spectacular and we all enjoyed watching the sunset and rise. It was located perfectly for local trails and attractions, as well as being rural enough for you to believe you were in the middle of nowhere. Simply idyllic and we couldn't recommend more.

Glad to return for another stay
This is our second time at Llanlas cottage, but first at this particular property. The property was charming and had a lovely view out onto the countryside. We saw lots of birds at our decked area including both male and female bulfinches - we had never seen these before, so felt quite lucky. The cottage has everything needed for a relaxing stay, including underfloor heating, which both our dogs loved! We really enjoyed our stay here over Christmas and the hosts made us feel very welcome. We would recommend a visit here to those looking for a peaceful getaway.

Idyllic break from hectic life
This property offers the best of both worlds. Lovely and remote yet close to lovely walks, beaches and local towns. The property itself has been superbly done and offers everything you need for a lovely stay. In warmer weather it offers excellent outside area, but now in colder times it offers all the comfort you require. Highly recommended.

Excellent rental
After a long day of travel, we pulled up, got out and fell in love right away! If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet stay, then this is the place to be. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. I couldn’t recommend anything better. We enjoyed every minute!

Fabulous relaxing break
Accommodation was spotless on arrival. Fabulous views from lounge and decking area. Well equipped, all essential items catered for. Daniella and John are very friendly but unobtrusive and would be on hand if there were any queries. There are two supermarkets in Lampeter which is only a few minutes away by car. Lots of coastal walks, Devils Bridge and Aberystwyth are not too far away. Would be very happy to return one day.

A beautiful cottage with lots of character. Stunning views over the hills. Lots of walks. Feeding the piglets is a must. My favourite moment of all was being greeted by the friendly chickens every morning. Hosts are very welcoming and friendly. Always available to help Will definitely visit again.

What In amazing place, Daniela was the perfect Hostess. Property was a dream, My partner and I have a wonderful 3 days there, Utter silence and night and listening to the the dawn chorus at 5am.out on the balcony with a coffee. One of the most relaxing place I have ever been, You won't be disappointed :)

Valley View Haven
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this getaway cottage. The hosts were welcoming, the cottage was clean, neat, and well appointed. Additionally, there is a special welcome committee comprised of a rooster and his harem. We enjoyed their entertainment and will be back for another show! The eggs were great too!

Perfect week away in a great location
Stayed over Xmas and new year and had a great stay. The property was clean and had a nice fresh smell. Essentials were provided - tea, coffee, sugar, milk and chocolates. Hosts were friendly and available when required. Cute piglets who had managed to escape visited one evening which was lovely. The outside area was secure which the dogs loved as could go out when they wanted.

Idyllic Rural Retreat
We needed somewhere to ‘get away from it all’ for a few days and this cosy little cottage was just ideal. This was a perfect base from which to explore the region and we looked forward to getting back to the cottage every day to sit on the large decked area with a cup of tea and a Welsh Cake and look out at the beautiful views of the Welsh countryside. The cottage itself was very comfortable and well equipped and we appreciated the packet of biscuits left on arrival and the delicious fresh eggs which Danniela kindly provided. All in all a perfect spot to unwind and from which to explore the local area. Wished we could have stayed longer ! ☺️
