• Está prohibido fumar en el interior. Hay espacios exteriores para ello.
• No se permiten mascotas.
• Por favor, devuelve la villa limpia, tal como la encontraste: sacar la basura, lavar los platos, etc.
• La llegada está prevista a partir de las 17h. Si deseas llegar antes, avísanos. Solo es posible si no hay salida el mismo día y según disponibilidad.

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited. The villa is located in a peaceful environment that we wish to preserve.

• Smoking is not allowed inside. Outdoor areas are available for this purpose.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Please return the villa clean, as found: take out the trash, wash the dishes, etc.

• Check-in is from 5 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, please let us know. This is only possible if there is no departure the same day and depending on availability.
