Welcome to our beautiful beach cottage located in the heart of Grand Bend just seconds from the main strip with all the attractions and minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern Ontario. Our beach house is a spacious 3-storey house with 6 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms and a fully finished basement/games room. Our cottage is ideal for families with children or couples looking to make memories and have fun and relax!!

We had a fabulous stay. Everything was wonderful. Clean. Well stocked. Our only complaint was the inconsiderate neighbours who conducted loud conversations on their deck two nights in a row at 2 am and 3 am respectively. That’s not the host’s fault but annoying for us when we obeyed the noise rules.

Perfect location for a 5 min walk to shops and the beach. The Grey Beach House is clean, spacious and comfortable. It offers everything a guest would need to feel at home! Highly recommend, we will definitely plan to stay here again!

Perfect Family Home

If you want a place that is so clean and fresh you feel at home immediately then this is it. Wonderful location. Responsive, reasonable host. Extra little treats upon check in and speciality appliances like a delish espresso machine with ground espresso ready to go. We had a great family Christmas. Thank you Linda!!!!

Our Second Stay Here for a Girls Weekend!

Our group of nine women loved this house so much last year, we knew exactly where we wanted to stay this year. The house is spotless, and comfortable with good amenities. Linda is a welcoming and very responsive host. The property is an easy walk to the main drag in Grand Bend and the beach. It's a short drive to Bayfield for great shopping. We highly recommend Linda's place 😊

Thanksgiving Fun

We gathered here to celebrate Thanksgiving with our extended family. We cooked a large meal in the kitchen and ate it in the house. The house was very clean and well-stocked and we were able to prepare the meal, eat it and clean up without requiring too much of anything else of our own (aside from the food of course). The house was also very well-stocked with games, which we enjoyed as a family. It was close to the main street with restaurants and shopping, and a pleasant walk to the beach (about 6 blocks away). We had great communications with the host, whom we texted or called with questions a few times. She always replied or answered immediately. All in all, we had a great experience. Thank you!

Breathtaking

6 girlfriend stayed for 2 night within walking distance to everything and especially close to the beach. Met Ma y nice people well police patrolled too. House was spotless and fully equipped. Would come again.

Wonderful Place for a Girls Weekend!

We (a group of 10 long-time friends) spent our annual girls weekend at the Grey Beach House, and it was perfect for us! The house was well stocked, meticulously clean, with nice decor, comfortable beds and space for us to enjoy time together. It's an easy walk to the main drag and the beach, and not a far drive from Bayfield for shopping. Linda was responsive to any of our questions, although everything you need to know is easily explained in the info on site. We would definitely go back! Thanks for everything, Linda :)

Lovely, inviting Beach House!

Linda was wonderful to communicate with and very accommodating. She was very responsive and helpful. The Grey Beach House was immaculate and beach house decorated with cute little decorations all over. Kitchen utensils and supplies were plentiful. Bathroom supplies well stocked including towels. Beds were so comfortable and the house was perfect for our gals of 7 annual getaway. Most of us had our own room and walk in closet. We hiked at the Pinery nearby. We walked the shores of Lake Huron. And we went shopping to the lovely town of Bayfield with an array of shops and boutiques! The gals loved this. Many thanks for a most wonderful visit to Grand Bend. Wendy R. (Toronto)

A gem in Grand Bend!

It was obvious the moment we walked through the door how much care and effort is made to make her guests feel welcome and comfortable. Everything was so clean, and she went above and beyond in allowing us to help ourselves to many toys etc. for the kids to play with. Our group included 6 adults, and 7 children under the age of 6. The roomy bedrooms made it very easy to rest well. Everyone commented on how comfortable the mattresses were. Check-in was a breeze, and the checkout process was easy as well. The host was also quick to respond to answer a few questions as well. Many thanks, Linda!!

Fun at the Grey Beach House

We spend 5 nights at the Grey Beach House and it was a success. Our first two days were super-hot but the AC kept up. Lots of space on the main floor to spread out the toys for the young grandchildren. Beds were very comfortable and there was a fan in each room; two of the bedrooms were a little larger, located up two flights of stairs. Internet worked very well. Linda was very prompt in getting back to the few questions that we had. Two fridges (one in the kitchen, one downstairs) were handy for food & drinks for the 10 of us. Located within a 5 min walk to the wide, sandy beach along a quiet road and pathway - didn't have to use the main drag (which is also very close by). Was some new construction across the road but the house is very well sound-proofed. The kids enjoyed the foosball and the air hockey downstairs. Lots of amenities for young children and outdoor & beach toys. Thanks Linda!

Grand Bend Family Reunion

We had a family wedding in Grand Bend and needed somewhere for our large family…..9 adults. It was perfect. Enough room for everyone. But privacy when you needed it. Great outdoor spaces. Fantastic common areas. Every amenity you could think of….and the location could not have been better. I have never slept so well. Book this house. It will not disappoint.

Friendly Gathering

We had 5 couples stay for 2 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The host ensured we had access to everything that would be required (pots, pans, coffee machine, oven, microwave, two fridges, cutlery, flatware, etc). All amenities were perfect (excellent washrooms, wifi worked flawlessly). There was even 8 fire chairs and everything you would require for a perfect stay. We had a few questions during our stay and the host answered back immediately. While not on the water, the sand on the front porch area makes it feel like you are still connected. With lots of parking and a 3 minute walk to the beach or the strip, this truly is the perfect location! Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun holiday!

Wonderful weekend...

The home is exactly as depicted - clean, welcoming, plenty of room and well equipped. Check in/out was seamless and the owner was great to deal with. The proximity to the beach, main strip, groceries and surrounding amenities were all within walking distance. There was plenty to do to keep busy and plenty of opportunities to just relax.

Amazing rental experience

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful rental property in Grand Bend, and we had an amazing time. The property was immaculate, with all the amenities and comforts of home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and care that went into making our stay as comfortable as possible. The location was perfect for our needs, situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet close enough to all the attractions that Grand Bend has to offer. We were just a short walk away from the stunning beaches and crystal-clear waters of Lake Huron, as well as a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The property itself was spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the outdoor living area, which provided the perfect spot for enjoying meals, reading, or simply soaking up the sun. The owners were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and made sure that we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. They were available to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. Overall, we had a fantastic time at this rental property in Grand Bend, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing getaway. We can't wait to come back again!
