"i chose this hotel with much desire for a heated pool and hot tub. the heaters were broken on both which was disappointing. this wasnt our ideal location nor our price point but we did it anyway to enjoy hot tub and pool :-(. we did find the location was nice, room clean and midern, staff excellent. "Really disappointing experience and room. Entered the room which smelled of dampness and stuffy climate, even the bed was damp top and bottom and so clammy to sleep in. There was dirty and the breakfast, yes there was almost nothing to choose apart from an opened packet of toast bread with jam and 2 kinds of cakes in paper and the area was not reassuring, so we each took a juice and a muesli bar and checked out and had breakfast somewhere else!"

"The complimentary breakfast was nice, but it was exactly the same every day. For example, to vary the breakfast sausage with bacon would be appreciated. For those of us staying several days, we need variety. Also there was no wastebasket in the bedroom. There was one in the bathroom, but the main room should have had one too.
