"This is a very cute little house. Everything was clean and in good shape and looked like the listing. They also had coffee and plenty of basics for the visit, which I highly appreciate, and newish bed linens. It’s in a nice community with a good wood fired pizza place a few blocks away. Only negatives are that it is VERY small - the bathroom and one bedroom in particular. And it’s a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest beach, which has zero parking. We ended up taking a car to ferry the kids and...

"The home is beautiful and well designed. The bed was ridiculously comfy. Hot tub was awesome and was great to have a little yard for my tiny pup. Close to amazing restaurants and shopping. Super easy check in and out. My dog is tiny so I put up a barrier between basement stairs and back door so she wouldn’t fall down the stairs but probably wouldn’t be a problem with larger dogs :) backyard needed to be mowed but believe it was due to my booking right after another one so not a big deal. The kitchen had lots of room to cook and gather, was fully equipped, and perfect for enjoying meals together.The basement was such a fun bonus space with Ms. Pac-Man, karaoke, and a pool table—it kept everyone entertained for hours! The owner was extremely responsive and made the whole process easy from start to finish.Highly recommend this home for families or groups...
