"I got to the hotel and they told me it’s fully booked. I had made payments on hotels.com and everything. Next thing I know is they are making calls to dumb me at a random hotel without my knowledge. After 1hr i insisted they have to give me a room. They had already inconvenienced me and making me late to a program. They give the lobby for parties, play music and etc disturbing and interrupting with your sleep. They have a restaurant in the hotel and they have music going off as soon as 9am-12am....

"The property looked as pictured but was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the powder room. No paper towels in the kitchen. No wash clothes or towels for bathing. No toilet at all. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi. We checked in around 7:00 pm and had been on the telephone with the owner/manger from flourish as they said they had no reservation from Hotels.com. Finally after speaking to the manager...

"The location offered only a few amenities, such as restaurant and convenience store at the corner. But the owner became very rude when to me when I used a mobile money application he did not know. He called me and my guests names and held us against our will until the cash was accepted. I would not recommend this hotel because of thing's like th is. "

"Cockroaches. I stayed there two nights, killed about 10 of the little bast**** I complained, they said they would spray, they didn't. Front desk service was, poor, unprofessional, half the time there was no one at the front desk. They encouraged me to never book using Hotels.com again, they wanted cash. Swimming pool was so cloudy I never entered the water. I will never stay here again. Oh and breakfast was two eggs and two fried hot dogs. "
