The host was very friendly and communicative; check-in/out was very easyThe house was cozy yet spacious, with stunning views of the lake. Waking up and enjoying the views from the deck was peaceful. We came for the golf and after long days on the green, it was wonderful to come back, fish and watch the sunset.

Great vacation home at Rainbow Lake

We stayed at this beautiful home that's located right by Rainbow Lake. We loved the views of the lake, pond and trees that you can see from the living room and kitchen downstairs as well as the upstairs loft windows. There were various types of small and large birds to see while just hanging out and relaxing in this nice and comfortable home. You're also just steps away from the lake in case you want to go fishing. The property manager was awesome to work with. We can't wait to go back again. The place is our new favorite in the area!

BEST CABIN EVER! Rainbow Lake dream stay.

Our recent stay at Lakeside Rainbow Lake was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, Tim, the owner, was an absolute delight. He was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making our check-in process seamless and enjoyable. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his property and is dedicated to ensuring his guests have a wonderful experience. The cabin itself is a gem. Situated just steps away from the stunning Rainbow Lake, it offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. The location is ideal for anyone looking to escape into nature while still enjoying the comforts of home. We found the property to be very quiet and well-appointed, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation. The amenities listed were all present and exceeded our expectations. The cabin was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Whether we were cooking meals or enjoying a cozy evening by the fire, we felt right at home. One of the highlights of our trip was the fishing! Over our three-day stay, we managed to catch about 25 fish, which made for some thrilling moments on the water. The lake is beautiful, and having such easy access from the cabin made our fishing experience even better. Having stayed in various cabins and properties around Lakeside, I can confidently say that Tim’s location is the best. The combination of a prime spot, excellent amenities, and an attentive owner makes this cabin stand out from the rest.

This property is located on the North end of Rainbow Lake. There is a public right of way between the house and the lake. This can be a bother when loud groups choose to fish along that area of the lake and you want to enjoy a quiet meal on the back deck. The house is well maintained and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We only had one question for the owner regarding the wifi connection and he was quick to respond to our inquiry. Overall an enjoyable experience but you can have noise issues with the common area behind the house.

Easy, Breezy, Beautiful!

Property is top notch and the home is beautiful. Directly on the lake. Wonderful views. Had everything we needed and more. Wish we could have stayed longer. Very small hiccup in accessing the home (because I didn't read the .pdf file that was sent - so be sure not to assume you don't need to look at it). Immediately resolved and very quick communication from host. Highly recommend! Will definitely book again.

Lake Views!

The location of this house was perfect! We were able to walk to the lake to fish every day and cook/ hang out on the back patio and enjoy the view in the mornings and evenings. The house is beautifully decorated. With 3 bathrooms everyone was able to have their own and the upstairs loft was also a nice hangout area for guests staying in that room. The host went above and beyond! Overall such an amazing trip we will be back!

Time to just relax

For the last several years we’ve been taking a summer get away to celebrate our sons birthday. He enjoys fishing so we try to find a place in or close to a lake. This cabin so far has been our favorite and we plan a repeat for sure. I was a little worried that we may not be able to watch him fish from the back deck but we were so wrong. It was a perfect spot to sit and not only watch the fishing but people watch as many walk their dogs on the closed off road between the cabin and lake. We enjoyed the fire table as it was a bit chilly even in mid June. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet.

Lovely home in perfect location

the home is beautiful by the lake, gorgeous sunsets and sunrise skies! Comfortable but there are so many art works, sophisticated glass pieces, so you have to be extremely careful. There are only 4 dining chairs, so if your party is over 4 adults, take turn for eating ;) Not a place for children even older than 8 years old. We did enjoy the place, but the description should be more precise regarding what is really there.

4th of July Friends Getaway

Awesome property & location! Spent 4th of July weekend at this beautiful home. This 3 bedroom 3 bath home was just perfect for our group. Plenty of room. Everyone had their own bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals. You can’t beat the views from the back deck! So peaceful & relaxing looking out at Rainbow Lake! Perfect for Barbecuing! There was a cool breeze most of time & welcomed afternoon showers! Used one of the 3 kayaks. So fun rowing around the lake. Fish jumping right next to you! Tim was very accommodating & easy to reach. Can’t wait to come back to this beautiful retreat!!!

Beautiful Rainbow Lake

This is a gorgeous home in a gorgeous location. My friends had never been to Rainbow Lake and they were so impressed! And this house is unusually well-stocked—from condiments to ziplock bags to dish soap, it had everything. Thank you Tim!
