The Space
Your studio apartment has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.
It has a queen-size bed and a sofa.
TV with Netflix and Prime Video.
Dining table for 4 people; you can use it as a desk if you’d like.
A minimalist clothes rack.
A full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric multi-purpose pot, BBQ utensils, frying pans, pots, and a blender.
Wine glasses, drinking glasses, dinnerware, and mugs for a rich, delicious cup of coffee every morning.
A full bathroom with an LED mirror light and a comfortable, beautiful shower.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.
Towels.
New toothpaste and toothbrushes are available.
The earthy tones will transport you to an enchanted forest—it’s very modern.
It exudes peace and tranquility.
Outside, you’ll have complete privacy for barbecues and a cozy patio set so you can enjoy the outdoors.
Parking at the entrance is exclusively for guests.
The entrance is on the left side of the house and is completely private.

You can visit Tampa in just 40 minutes.
And enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and Busch Gardens.
In just 1 hour, you’ll be in Orlando to enjoy the attractions at the theme parks. Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando.
We’re just 3 minutes from Southeastern University.
In just 5 minutes, you can visit 3-Mile Lake (Hollingsworth).
Just 10 minutes from downtown Lakeland, with its wonderful restaurants.
In just 15 minutes, you can enjoy the amazing Bonnet Springs Park.
