"We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well. "

"We have stayed a few times at the Fairmont and so I obviously like it enough. The pros are the beds are very comfy and it’s enjoyable to be so near hot springs. We did stay in a room a few years ago which had been somewhat updated and was very nice.
However our room this time was pretty worn down, particularly noticeable in the bathroom with parts broken and not fixed just missing metal things attached to walls and shower. It is also very dated decor. No shampoo. There were stray hairs still...
