"The hotel was fine and the room clean and spacious. However, if you use the phone – even if it’s not being connected – there’s a $10 charge for simply dialing a number. And this charge is not listed. We tried to call someone 2 times -> $20 without even being connected. When confronted with it, the staff simply said: we know it’s a steep price, but we can’t do anything about it."

The living room was spacious & comfy. The bedrooms were large. We found someone’s glasses in one of the beds so we did wonder if the sheets had actually been changed from the previous guests. I would be happy to stay here again."

"Cozy but big enough for a group of four to six, this is great, close to the lake, with comfy beds and linens, good lighting and furniture, a well appointed kitchen, lots of extras. Just know that both bathrooms are downstairs from living area and two floors down from beds in loft, and one is tight in size. Decor is cute and fun and welcoming. Hosts communicate well and price is reasonable for all that you get. Do stay here!"

"We loved our stay at Kenny's home in Incline! We were there for our micro-wedding in Tahoe so we needed a rental that was going to accommodate our family and friends. Unfortunately, the jets of the hot tub didn't work during our stay but Kenny called us and tried to get it fixed. It was just a bigger issue that needed parts ordered. Otherwise, everything was great!"

"Property is in solid location, very convenient, and has some nice amenities. Biggest gripe comes in parking; garage door was not operating and there are VERY few non-garages spots leaving me to park in a grocery store parking lot nearby many evenings. I was using the property a week and there was no change in this issue for the entirety of the stay."

"We went for a quick getaway with our dogs so they could see snow. We will absolutely be booking this cabin for any of our Tahoe trips. We’re already talking about coming back (without the dogs) to stay again and inviting family from Las Vegas. "Gorgeous land and buildings. Amazing room. A door on the master bath cabinet in our room had broken hinges and it looked like it had been that way for a while and not repaired. The shower felt a little awkward with no good place to hang your towel while you shower so you could easily get it when you're done. One of the drawers in the master bedroom would not stay closed and would slide open slightly by itself. Overall, an incredible place to stay."
