"The mattress in this room needs to be replaced. I have stayed in this room several times. In addition, there is something wrong with the timer on the hot tub. I have reported this to the staff several times and yet they still put me in that room with the Jacuzzi that does not work correctly"

"Very limited parking. A lot of loud partying going on in the next room at one point somebody just came right into our room from the hallway door that should’ve been locked and we couldn’t lock it and we had to have them send the super to lock it"

"Hotel is an older hotel. If you just need a bed, and a shower l, it will work fine. Strong smell of old cigarette smoke in the lobby and hallways. Air conditioning doesn’t work very well. "

"Bathroom has been redone and quite nice but sparse on soap stuff. No lotion. Many outlets didn’t work or at least to charge my phone…only bathroom one would. Nice fridge and microwave! Bed was comfortable pillows could be better. A/C worked great. I didn’t have a “Do Not Disturb” placard. Shower head too high!! "

"For the price property was nice. Very clean, rooms were spacious and like the smaller water park. It is dated and needs some refreshing. The included breakfast was not worth it, but they rarely are."

Definitely a new fav spot if mine and my daughter's. Perfect distance from stores. Yet far enough to enjoy sounds of the lake and nature."
