Hoteller nær Lake SImpatico Trailhead

"The first thing we see, when we arrive, is that the pool is closed due to renovation. We had picked the hotel because it had a pool. The room is clean but very old and defaulted. There is a one inch gap between the floor and the outside door, so it feels like sleeping in a tent next to a busy road. There was also a gap under the door to the other room, and with that and paperthin walls, we could hear everything our neighbors said and did. The windows were so dirty that they were almost orange. The lamps were old and rusty. The aircondition was very loud. The breakfast was so low standard. We absolutely can not recommend this hotel. Looking forward to hearing from you and we expect compensation."
