Home remodeled in 2023. Fishing community. Home is small, cozy and charming. Perfect to build memories with your loved ones. Dock, pool and deck onsite. Boat ramp for canoes and kayaks on site. 2 boat ramps nearby. Kitchen has an island with a farmhouse sink that faces the lake and its wonderful changes in color of the lake. Appliances include: Ice maker, Keurig, toaster oven, toaster, blender, 5 door refrigerator, stove, drawer microwave and dishwasher. flatware, dishes, and cookware are available. Laundry and dishwasher pods to get you started.
Indoor and outdoor Fans, recessed lights throughout the ceiling, 2 sky lights and has central AC that will keep the house at a comfortable temperature when is hot or cold outside.!
Master has a sterns and foster lux estate mattress that feels like sleeping on a cloud. The kids room has a bunk bed and a futon.
The pool is brand new, sand pump and a pool cover that needs to be ion when pool is not being used because it sits under a big cypress tree to protect from leafs and other debris.
Grass is cut every other week.
You enter the house through the kitchen or through theliving room- media room. Recessed lights in the floor take you to the master bedroom or to the laundry/ kids room and second bathroom. Home is 1000 sq ft.
In a lake home is expected to have insects like wasps, palmetto bugs, mosquitoes, no-see-ums and other bugs outside so it’s important to keep doors closed. Wild life in the area include alligators, snakes and birds.. House is not leveled common for a lake house in the area. Uneven terrain specially by pool edges and the sea wall is to be expected outdoors.
There are activities nearby including airboat trips, hunting, fishing, trails, restaurants and natural parks like 3 sisters and silver springs. Close to The villages, Leesburg, Eustis, wildwood and Tavares.
