Location Description
The condo community is less than 3 hours from Kansas City and St. Louis and just a half day drive from Nebraska, Iowa, and Illinois. While this lakefront setting is peaceful and set apart, you can easily access all the top tourist places less than 30 minutes from your doorstep.

Getting There
By car, the path is all interstate, highway, and blacktop. Detailed information is provided in your guidebook. By air, the closest international airport is Kansas City International - with regional airports located in Columbia and Springfield

Location Activities
In addition to being the BEST place on the lake to view the Lake Race & Fireworks - You are just 10 minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip! This area of the lake offers amazing dining, live music, car shows, parades, and is a hub of activity year round. Less than 20 minutes from your lake stay, you will find go karts, miniature golf, water parks and all of the tourism opportunities the lake offers.

Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
