This light-filled home is outfitted with top-of-the-line furnishings and everything you'll need to keep your group comfortable. Making home-cooked meals at Woods Escape is a pleasure in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and there's room for everyone to gather at the family dining table and kitchen bar. In nice weather, cookout on the gas grill and enjoy the dining area on the screened porch. Warm up by the centerpiece stone hearth and watch a movie, or challenge a friend to a rousing game of ping-pong. Try the indoor basketball game to keep the good times rolling! Important Property Notes
• Rumbling Bald Passes. Your home comes equipped with Rumbling Bald Community Passes, which give you access to several activities in the community. We do not manage the Rumbling Bald community amenities, and summertime amenities are only available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Travel Insurance is Highly Recommended. We strongly recommend CSA Travel Insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as inclement weather, medical emergencies, or travel delays.
• Unreliable GPS. Please note that GPS does not work for this location. Please review and take note of our written directions before departing on your trip.
• Exterior quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful mountain environment.
• Please be aware that you must complete the Vacation Rental Contract Addendum to stay at this Lake Lure property. If this form is not completed within 24 hours of the Vacation Rental Addendum being signed, your reservation shall be canceled, thank you.
• Active Neighborhood Bears. Please note that neighborhood bears have been sighted in the vicinity of the home. Please do not leave the garage door open when not in use, or leave evidence of food on the exterior of the home. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns, and thank you!
• Due to the historic flooding in Western North Carolina in 2024, the lake is unavailable for use until the Core of Engineers have completed their work remedying water quality. The area has other great opportunities for guests including hiking, ziplining, and more. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
• Liability Waiver. This home has a liability waiver requirement. Your reservation may be cancelled if this waiver is not completed after booking.

This reservation includes a non-refundable damage waiver policy. If you would prefer to use a refundable security deposit, please contact our office to provide a check for the security deposit and we will refund the damage waiver. Thank you!
