Welcome to this newly renovated south side Havasu home. This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has everything you may want or need for your next vacation adventure! At this home you and yours can relax and swim in your own private pool or enjoy the outdoor patio with lake views and amazing sunsets. The common area is open with a big screen smart TV and it's own dining area. Double car garage and lots of other parking in driveway. There is also an entrance to the desert for your off road vehicle at the top of the street. Come enjoy your next adventure!

Inside, this spacious property there are Smart TVs to handle all your viewing needs. High speed internet and WIFI available. King, 2 Queens, and 1 bunk bed with 1 full and 1 twin . Also Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash is provided. This home sleeps 8 comfortably with Maximum guests of - 10.

HOT TUB AND POOL HEATING POLICY:

APPLICABLE ONLY IF HEATING IS AVAILABLE AT THE PROPERTY .

We want to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
To guarantee that hot tub or pool is heated, PLEASE REQUEST HEATING AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL WITH CHARGES APPLY. This allows sufficient time for the heating process to complete. Heating takes approximately three days to fully heat the POOL. It takes an hour to heat up the HOT TUB

We understand that plans sometimes change. However, please be aware that last-minute requests for heating the pool may not be fulfilled. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds, compensation, or reimbursements if heating is unavailable due to a late request.

We strongly recommend booking and requesting in advance to ensure all requested amenities, including hot tub heating, Pool are available for the duration of your stay. Please understand that heating is an additional cost and varies per house.
