"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was quiet and the breakfast was especially nice to have. I've stayed here several times in the past, and each time the quality is just as good as the previous visit. That's a real compliment to the management and staff."

"Lot of stains were found on the bed"

"The room was not clean, it was cold and the fireplace did not work. We were only there one night and got there late after flying all day so we did not contact staff for help. We just went to sleep."

"The hotel looks great in the pictures, with a spacious room and a kitchen, but our room smelled bad and was badly in need of an update."

"Very nice stay. Super clean. Easy check in instructions. The bed was comfortable. Highly recommend"

"alt var fint"

"The hotel was overbooked and we were transferred to Hilton Garden Inn. This was not good at all. Nice rooms, but restaurant was bad - i could not use my Honours benefits and staff not very helpful"

"Et udemærket hotel. Vi havde kun en overnatning da vi skulle fra Chicago og til Niagara Falls. Det var nemt at finde og ligger tæt på lidt shopping og mad"

"I stayed a week and a half to visit family. I have to say the staff is so wonderful! Very helpful and kind. I travel all over the country and it is hard to find good staff who love their jobs. The lobby is beautiful and well kept and the food was amazing! Would have liked to use the indoor pool but the heater was not working so it was too cold. The room was a little disappointing however. Overall it was clean but it is fully carpeted so I always feel like they are most likely never shampood...
