Easy walking distance to the shopping centre. When we checked out the staff kept our bags for a few hours so we could go to the shopping centre before going to the airport. Was very much appreciated! We will stay there again when in Perth."

When we arrived, the front staff claimed we didn’t have any booking though we showed them a printed receipt which confirmed booked dates and payments. After a lot of discussion they downgraded us to another type of room but it felt like we should be pleased that they even found us a room and didn’t charge us (again!). "We loved the room and outlook. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and bathroom facilities excellent. Spacious enough for the grandies to visit! The welcome gift for my birthday was lovely.

"Contacted the staff for late check in arrangements and she made an excellent job while I called her on the booking date. She confirmed our booking and arranged code for late check in that made us much easier to check in while no staff at counter at 8pm. Awesome staff services. "

Only issue is noisy kids all over, especially at the pool, but thats not the hotels fault. People should control their children better.

"This a basic unit with good size kitchen and bathroom. The room is large enough. The furnishings are basic but very comfortable and clean and in good repair. The proximity to the CBD is excellent - only a short walk. The room rates are about half the rates of an upmarket place. Overall very comfortable and excellent value. "Loved the room was so quiet for a busy road. Bed comfortable and room really clean👍. They only clean after a 3 day stay and not on weekends. Good value for money. Roughly half way between Midland and Ellenbrook so good for shopping. Has a free laundry for guests which was nice and clean also. "
