Bring the whole family and friends to this very, spacious, yet cozy French Cottage. Relax indoors next to 1 of 2 fireplaces, BBQ outside on the well lit outdoor deck with dining for 8 and large backyard for the kids to play hide and seek, or take a dip in the hottub (seats 6) after a day of hiking & skiing. Plenty of room for fun and relaxation in the mountains. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood in a cul de sac. There's a basketball hoop at the end to enjoy, as well.

THE ROOMS:

Downstairs Living Room with a Smart TV and Dining Table that can seat up to 10 people. Bar area that seats 3 surrounds the kitchen. Front door leads to the beautiful outdoor tree lined street and there is a door that leads to the back patio.

Kitchen- Fully equipped and has gas burning stove (5 burners) and double oven.

Master Bedroom- Cal King w/ an on-suite bathroom with a jetted bathtub & shower. Smart TV.

Upstairs: 1) "Bear" bedroom - Queen bed/twin bunk beds w/ a Smart Tv.
2) "Nautical" BedRoom -Queen bed/twin bunk beds with a Smart TV.

Bathroom with a shower/tub combo connects the bedrooms.
Each room has large closets, too!

3) "Nautical" Kids bedRoom- twin bed (no TV);

4) Loft Area- Queen sofa sleeper with a Smart TV and a fireplace with a 1/2 bathroom and access to the outdoor deck.

5) Office/Reading Room-twin sofa sleeper.

The house is cozy with a cabin decor feel throughout. Two rooms upstairs are nautical/patriotic inspired decor. We hope you will enjoy staying indoors if you must because of snow or enjoy the beautiful lake and trails outdoors.

Guests have access to entire house, outdoor space and one car garage with Ev charger. Only adults and accompanied minors over the age of 12 can use the outdoor hot tub.

Other things to note
All guests that wish to have lake and/or trail access during their stay will be required to execute a short form and pay additional daily fees. And, execute a rental agreement.
