304B Apartments Am Platzl Living

Modern apartment totally renovated in 2023, with no less than 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a balcony, which can accommodate a maximum of 7 persons.

The ample square footage is complemented by modern furnishings and high quality materials to maximise the comfort of your stay.

The flat consists of three double bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower (two of which also have a bidet), a bright living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed, and a large balcony with a view of the surrounding mountains.

The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for your holiday in South Tyrol and features a dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The large balcony, accessible from two bedrooms, will allow you to enjoy the sun in the evening, as it faces west, admiring the beautiful surrounding mountains.

The apartment is located on the second floor and can only be reached using the stairs.

Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Casa am Platzl Living has been completely renovated in 2023 and will allow you to stay directly on the village square in the centre of Laion.

The central location in the characteristic village of Laion makes it the perfect starting point for any activity or holiday, at any time of year. Being on the central square, supermarkets, bakery, shops, greengrocers and more are located directly in front of the house. The lovely Bar Bistro Am Platzl, belonging to the same family, is located directly inside the house and is famous for its delicious homemade cakes. The next bus stop is less than 200 metres from the house.

You will have two of South Tyrol's best ski areas at your fingertips. The Dolomiti Superski with the Sellaronda and the Plose, close to the charming town of Brixen. Both can be reached free of charge by public transport or easily with your own car in a maximum of 20 minutes.During the Christmas period, the location is particularly strategic for visiting any of the Christmas markets, including the closest ones in Chiusa, Bressanone, Bolzano and Vipiteno.

In summer, mountain walking trails start right behind the house, in particular the Wasserbühl tour, where you can enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding peaks. Numerous walks and hikes of all levels are available in the surrounding area. Even in summer, you can reach the Dolomite peaks and other destinations free of charge using public buses.

The village of Laion is a popular destination for families with children as it is a peaceful and safe area. It offers two public playgrounds, both just a few minutes' walk from the house, as well as football and tennis courts. The jewel in the crown is the fairytale trail around Wasserbühl, where a whole forest path awaits you, made up of stages consisting of small themed playgrounds, which will give your little ones a lot of fun. They will also be able to admire various types of animals scattered around the village farms, such as cows, sheep, horses, chickens, peacocks and much more.

The modern flats, totally renovated in 2023 in casa am Platzl, will welcome you with high quality furnishings, generous square footage, and one of the two modern flats also has a small private wellness area. All this on the central square in Laion.

The house has various comforts such as a garage spot per apartment, free public car parking in front of the house, communal washing machine, ski storage room, Wi-Fi, free linen and towels.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
Important: We are partnered with SWIKLY – the leading vacation rental deposit provider. Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!
