This “Platinum Level” remodeled villa is the ideal location in which to spend your next Maui vacation. Situated at the world-class Kapalua® Resort, this one bedroom, one and a half bathroom villa boasts of unrivaled interiors as well as spectacular ocean and island views.







No expense was spared in remodeling this stunning villa. Over $300,000 was spent in renovating every inch of the property, from the exquisite interiors out to the beautiful lanais. Mahogany wood, custom windows, louvers, glass, paint, wall coverings, vaulted ceilings, state-of-the-art Fujitsu split AC, lighting and Italian marble floors are just some of the details found throughout. This exceptional villa is an architectural marvel that perfectly captures the essence of Maui.







Upon entering this ground floor villa, guests will discover a spacious living room with stylish furnishings that offer all the comforts of home and then some. Large windows fill the room with the spectacular vistas of the Pacific Ocean and Kapalua coastline. Unwind and relax in this sophisticated and airy design that so tastefully brings the outside in. The living room features sofa, arm chairs, coffee table, AC and large flat screen TV.







The living room seamlessly flows directly outdoors to the large, covered lanai. This beautiful outdoor living space features Italian tile and a raised table for four that showcases the incredible ocean and island views. Relax with a mai tai, or a chilled glass of Maui Blanc, and take in the paradise that is Maui! During whale season guests are treated to incredible views of the humpback whales at play.







The gourmet kitchen is supremely well equipped and a chef’s dream! Everything you may need to prepare and serve the finest of meals is right at your finger-tips. A generous array of top-of-the-line appliances and cooking supplies are at your disposal. Enjoy Kitchenaid stainless steel appliances, including stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a full fridge/freezer and even a warming drawer. The custom cabinetry and tiling, as well as flatscreen TV, make cooking your meals a true luxury!







We know how important kitchens are to our guests. That is why we have ensured that yours is fully stocked and ready to go! If you find you may need something extra, please just ask and we will be happy to provide it for you.



A cozy breakfast bar is attached to the kitchen and features three comfortable chairs, perfect for morning pancakes and mimosas. Also attached to the kitchen is the gorgeous wet bar which is equipped with a wine refrigerator and all the supplies needed to create the perfect tropical cocktail.







Adjacent to the livingroom you will find an intimate dining area and a beautiful table with seating for four. Open your doors and allow the soft trade winds in as you enjoy a meal in paradise! Whether entertaining guests with evening “pupus” and cocktails, or relaxing after a busy day exploring the island, this stylish living room provides guests with a space that is as comfortable as it elegant.







The first of your two remodeled bathrooms is located across from the kitchen, and features a sink with granite vanity, closet and a washer and dryer. This bathroom is wonderful for visiting guests, or, as an added room for members of your party to prepare for the day.







The master bedroom features a king size bed with a new mattress, flat screen TV, large closet, AC, dresser drawers, and, a small lanai adjoining. At the end of a busy day exploring the island, this bedroom is the perfect retreat! Kick off your flip flops, cozy up in bed, and give yourself some well-deserved “me” time.







The remodeled master bathroom connects to the bedroom and the luxurious features are on par with that of a five-star spa. A large shower, with sophisticated etched glass, rain shower head and seating area, are custom built! Granite counter tops with a sink and separate vanity. Custom hardwood cabinets and oversized mirrors are also found in this elegant bathroom.







This villa comes with reserved covered parking, free wireless password protected high speed internet, digital cable, discounted golf, starter supply of paper towels, soap/shampoos, laundry detergent and bath/beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler.

Late departures must be made at the time of booking for a fee of half a days rent.

The Ridge features two beautiful, heated swimming pools. Both pool areas feature gas grills, lounge chairs, a location for eating, with tables and chairs, a shower, a soda machine and restrooms. Pool “One” has an additional full kitchen and large covered gathering area, making this a perfect space for dining throughout the day, rain or shine.
