Our check-in time is 5pm, and check-out is 11am.
Please enjoy full use of #715 and the grounds of Maui Sands Seaside while you are here. The exception is the owners' lockout. Please do not open any locked closets or cupboards.
You will find beach towels, chairs, and coolers, as well as a book trading library and games for your use. Some snorkel gear may be available, but we recommend renting for the best fit and hygiene.
On the grounds of Maui Sands Seaside, you will find a sundeck and lounge chairs across the property's oceanfront lawn for sunbathing. There is also a BBQ at the bottom of the ocean-side stairs for guests and residents' use.
Please note this property does not have any shared pool access, but the proximity to the ocean makes it absolutely ideal!

We are in the heart of Honokowai, close to delicious takeout and dine-in restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and the award-winning Farmer's Market.
We also keep several guidebooks in the condo for your use.
Although we recommend renting a car to explore the island, there is a bus service on Maui. There are bus stops along the road, and one on both just north and just south of the main road, Lwr Honoapiilani Rd.
*We have a check in time of 5pm and a check out time of 11am, unless prior arrangements have been made.
*This unit does have AC that is more than adequate to cool the space, and is located in the living room. There are both ceiling fans and floor fans in the living room and bedroom. Please note that, as Maui has some of the most expensive electricity in the US, we use a timer to mitigate costs.
*We take your safety and well-being seriously. We have a comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing program for this property. Our cleaning service and on-site staff are spending as much time as necessary to make sure that all areas of your rental are thoroughly cleaned before you check in.
We ask you to plan ahead, as we may not be able to allow early check-ins and late check-outs as often as we would like.
For check-ins on Christmas and Thanksgiving day, our cleaning service charges an additional holiday cleaning fee of $75.
