Maui Kai 504 is a fully remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom condo that features a fully stocked kitchen and an updated bathroom! With a King-size master bed and a Queen sleeper sofa, Maui Kai 504 comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Easily expand your living space by opening the double sliding glass doors. Let the fresh tropical ocean breezes cool you down or turn on the central air conditioning system for a quick cool off after a day in the sun. After a busy day enjoying our island paradise, relax in the recliner in front of the large flat-screen Cable TV. The unit also features complimentary WiFi.

Maui Kai resort is located in a quiet cul-de-sac away from street noise and cloistered among a collection of boutique resorts. The tree-lined drive is also a pleasant walking path up to convenient dining and grocery options, bars, and food trucks. If your ideal vacation does not include driving, this location is perfect for a low-key, home-based experience. Maui Kai is an oceanfront resort located at North Kaanapali Beach with a view of the majestic islands of Lanai and Molokai. There is a perfect sandy beach, great for snorkeling, swimming, and sunbathing directly in front of the resort. Right next door to Honokowai Beach Park, Maui Kai is also within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the famous Kaanapali boardwalk that connects to Black Rock Beach and Whalers Village. The unit was very clean and had the best view from the lanai. The information for checking in and out from My Perfect Stays was very helpful!!! They kept in touch with us to see if everything was going good! We enjoyed the beach and watching the sea turtles.

When we checked in the AC didn’t work. We contacted the property manager and it was fixed immediately. The space is clean & well equipped and a good size for 2 ppl. The view is awesome especially the sunsets and turtle sitings. We weren’t there during whale season so that was a bummer but if you are you will have a great view of them. Food truck park is down the street. We recommend the Thai, Vietnamese & especially buy local fresh fruit from the fruit vendor. They are super friendly. They have all local produce, Mango, papaya, star fruit, coconut & pineapple and much more.The only negative we had was that occasionally when outside you smell the sewage processing plant if the wind is blowing from that direction, but this is not the owners fault. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely go back. We highly recommend it !

Maui Kai

Vacation rental of this condo was amazing. No issues, very private. Can’t control the wind, but it was a very windy stay this last week of June. Homeless were definitely present in this area as it’s next to a public park. Law enforcement should be more present in the evenings/ nightime in this local park area.
Sunsets from the condo were amazing!
View of the mountains from the Master Bedroom were beautiful.
Daytime view from the condo doesn’t disappoint.

My stay at Maui Kai great. The room was not just comfortable, but truly a sanctuary overlooking the majestic ocean. Watching turtles right from the balcony was a dream come true; it added a touch of magic to our mornings and evenings. The room itself was thoughtfully equipped with all the necessities, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay.

We had a great time here. Perfectly slept our family off four and the views are amazing. The only downside was the kitchen was not well stocked (would have been nice to have a pizza stone or baking sheet) and we were only provided four towels. It would have been nice to have two each but we understand it’s just more laundry. Overall we had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

What a view!

I’m not sure you can get a better view than this condo provides! From watching sea turtles to sunsets, and everything in between (waves, beautiful ocean colors, islands of Lanai and Moloka’i, boats), you will not be disappointed with the view from this balcony. The condo is well stocked, clean, and nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable, and you can hear the ocean waves even from the bedroom. Maui Kai resort is small, quiet, and quaint, which we loved. The location is great …easy access to head out on adventures (and near the food truck park). A little slice of paradise here!

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The location was great and right by the food truck park! We saw turtles just about every day. The two issues we had were that the shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor, which i notified them and they tried to quick fix it during our stay, which helped, but didnt solve it. They said it would be repaired fully after our stay. Then there was cups in the cupboard that were extremely dirty, like someone left syrup in them. I cleaned them and out them back. Other than those two things, everything else was great. Contact with the peoperty managers was great and they definitely make an effort to make sure youbare satisfied. Overall, its a good place to stay!

Framed Sunsets

Beautiful sunsets abound in this one bedroom unit. Good location to get to everything on Maui’s west coast. Whether it’s a fancy dinner, souvenir shopping, a comforting cocktail, a “only in Hawaii” tourist event or just lounging, this location has it all. Plenty of parking. Easy walk to restaurants, food trucks, the grocery store, and anything else you need. We were, especially, impressed with the privacy of the balcony. Many places with similar setups lack the privacy one wants while eating, lounging or being mesmerized by a sunset. Here the balcony makes you forget the units around you. The community room, pool and hot tub were very enjoyable after the sun went down and some serious relaxation was needed. Definitely recommend a visit.

Whales & Waves

Views of whales breaching from the lanai made this experience one of our favorite vacations! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay being serenaded by the waves & entertained by the majestic humpback whales. It was so convenient to access miles of sandy beach from the unit & also all the west side activities. The unit was so clean & comfortable, including a bar top table on the lanai for perfect views of the horizon. We saw whales, turtles, & rainbows all week! Magnificent! Also a well stocked kitchen provided all we needed for macadamia nut pancake breakfasts & coolers & ice packs for beach picnics. Thank you to Tonetta & Debbie & the My Perfect Stays Team for fantastic customer service & maintaining a beautiful condo! We would definitely come again. Mahalo!

Perfect February Week

We’ve stayed at the Maui Kai condos in a different unit in 2016 and we loved the oceanfront lanai for whale watching. You can’t get any closer unless you’re on a boat to the water in Maui and seals and turtles play in the surf in front of the condos. The unit is well equipped, updated and we love the location for walking Kaanapali beaches or quick drives to Kapalua and Lahaina. The unit is perfect for two and you can view whales continuously. You can walk to local food trucks, grocery or restaurants. The pool area and grounds are well maintained.

First, very impressed with My Perfect Stays--the prop management company I booked through. Excellent communication throughout the process. Condo was nicely stocked, organized kitchen, very clean and absolutely million dollar lanai with high-boy table/chairs! We spent most of our time there--so close to the ocean, wonderful for night sky viewing. Bedding was comfortable and location was good--easy few minutes to Lahaina/beaches. Unit has great central air, which we needed for hot days in November. Mahalo to all!

Amazing views

MK 504 is a great place to stay. The views are stunning and is located next to the elevators for easy access. The condo is nicely updated, is well stocked, walking distance to the beach and grocery store. There are food trucks located a short walk from the Maui Kai. The unit was quiet and comfortable. Bring your polarized sunglasses and watch the turtles from the lanai.

Wonderful Oceanfront!

The building is older but the unit was clean and well maintained. Compared to the hotels nearby this was really a terrific value! Enjoyed every sunset ocean view from this wonderful condo! Even the small window in the bedroom had a beautiful view of the mountains with an occasional rainbow that you could see from the living room. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. Small starter shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, lotion is provided so I would bring your own as well. Other great amenities were beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards and coolers. Ice packs were provided in the freezer. Groceries, restaurants, food trucks nearby. Walk to some beautiful beaches. Wonderful morning and evening walks on the boardwalk. Fantastic location! We loved it! Stay here!

Perfect Spot

Beautiful View with a Great Location

Overall, the condo was in very nice condition. We especially enjoyed taking our meals on the balcony watching the ocean and spotting an occasional turtle swimming by. The appliances were up to date and the bed was comfortable. The property grounds were well taken care of and the bbq/swimming pool area was in great condition. The only negative was that the shower leaked and the a/c was a bit noisy.

OMG-This may be one of the few places to stay where you feel like you the ocean is going under you!!

This property and pics were spot on! For our first trip to Hawaii, we searched all in resorts, VRBO and few others... While $$ wasn't a huge factor - the delta from VRBO and all in resorts along with the "views" from both sold us on this unit. With a grocery store less than 3 min away... bought the supplies and probably spent more time in the unit that around the island :) We probably saw at least 6-7 sea turtles chilling eating breakfast on the lanais (where while sitting - only thing you could see was water, Lanai and Moloka'i (with beautiful sunsets between those two islands). You could get to the beach within a 5-8 min walk from the unit along the seawall (and during high tide) out the front of the building, to the right and access public walk. The communications from the property management were thorough and they quickly responding to any request. You could tell they wanted to ensure EVERYTHING was in order so that you had a wonderful time. Frankly, not sure why anyone would want to stay anywhere else on Maui (unless you didn't want to cook any meals and stay at an all inclusive that costs chunk more and while you have ocean views.... you aren't right ON the ocean. Thank you for sharing your condo with us and next time we head to Hawaii - hope it is available!

Ocean Front Piece of Paradise

What a find! My husband and my two teen boys stayed here. It was well appointed and was a great location. The lanai that was basically on top of the ocean was an ideal place to watch the sunrise over coffee, the sunset with wine all while watching turtles sway in the surf. We found very welcomed hidden treasures including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers and snorkel equipment! We’ll be back!!
