The two primary bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with glass-walled walk-in showers, while the third bathroom has a bathtub with shower. Each bedroom has a King size bed & the third bedroom has the option to be split into 2 twin beds.

It is highly recommended that you make a reservation in advance as this is a popular dining option at the Honua Kai Resort.

The 'Aina Gourmet Market is located in the Hokulani lobby.

HONUA KAI PAINT PROJECT: Please be aware that the Honua Kai Resort is actively painting the exterior of the Hokulani tower through spring of 2023 & is scheduled to begin the Konea tower in spring 2023. Although the Luana Garden Villas will not be painted, it still may affect your stay as there will be equipment throughout the resort until the entire project is completed. PARKING: Each Villa has their own private 1-car garage with additional space for another vehicle in the driveway. Additional free self parking is available throughout the resort in the above ground parking areas. Valet parking is available at both resort towers.

BEACHES: Beaches in Hawaii change size from month to month due to the surf, currents and tides. Beaches may be larger, smaller or nonexistent depending on the current season and conditions.
OCCUPANCY: This Rental Property may be occupied by no more than 8 persons. All persons: Adults, children and infants count toward the total number of occupants - no exceptions.
