    This listing is for “two” separate neighboring villas, which is perfect for a multi-family vacation. Luana Garden Villas is the final phase of Honua Kai Resort & Spa, located on the stunning Kaanapali Beach on Maui’s western shores. The listing includes one Garden level and one upper level villa that will include 6 king beds, 6 baths and 2 sofa beds combined to accommodate up to 16 guests. Enjoy your own luxurious, fully furnished private homes set within the Honua Kai resort.

    These luxurious villas are located within the 38 family-friendly acres of the Honua Kai Resort & Spa, designed with relaxation and memory-making in mind, offering guests an unmatched resort experience while proving residential living at its finest. These villas boasts over 2000 sq.ft of contemporary interior living space each with expansive western windows that open up to wide lanais, providing your family with plenty of room to enjoy the Maui lifestyle.

    Both homes are fully furnished with everything you need for a luxurious Maui vacation including a gourmet kitchens to prepare your favorite meals.  The Lanais are equipped with outdoor kitchenettes and BBQ grills and plenty of lounging and dining spaces for your entire group. These homes include private garages and additional parking spaces and ensuite full size washers and dryers.

    Resort amenities include a network of swimming pools, waterfalls and children’s shallow pool, 24 hour fitness facility, Duke’s beach house restaurant, and Whaler’s general store and Spa. Please note due to the recent Covid-19 pandemic, resort amenities may be subject to change or closure.

    TAX
    The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 17.962%. Excise tax is 4.172% and Transient Tax is 13.25% effective as of November 1, 2021 to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation (Subject to change). (The higher rate of 17.962% applies to all departures starting 1/1/2024 regardless of when the property was booked.

    Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.

    OCCUPANCY:
    Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.

    We have a collection of beautiful 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos in the Hokulani and Konea towers along with several gorgeous Luana Garden villas within the Honua Kai resort.

    Resort has a NO PET policy.

    CANCELLATION:
    Cancellation outside a 60-day period prior to arrival is subject to a 10% (of total) cancellation fee. Any cancellations made within the 60-day period may result in forfeiture of all monies paid. Please review the listing Terms and Conditions for more information. We highly recommend that all guests purchase a travel insurance policy. Cancelation policy is strictly enforced. All credit cards fees will be deducted before a refund is issued.

Beautiful home in a great location on Maui

Beautiful and comfortable home, situated in an ideal location on the Honua Kai resort grounds in North Ka'anipali Beach, Maui. The hosts were incredibly gracious and responsive during our stay and the 3+ weeks my family and I spent there flew by in a blink. We would have been comfortable and happy staying another 3 weeks if we could have.

Family Celebration for 50th wedding anniversary

We had 4 families easily accommodated in 2 Luxury Condos w/open concept. Every bedroom had a king bed & bathroom. The king bed transitioned into nice twin beds if needed. The hide-a-bed was very comfortable. The lanai was beautifully furnished including BBQ. Furnishings & Appliances incredible. Every need met. The luxury condos had their own private pool & hot tub. Our family made lasting memories

Fantastic stay

We checked in on Saturday and stayed in both the top and bottom units. There were 11 of us traveling together, and the accommodations were beautiful, spacious, with plenty of room for all of us to both be together, but have our own space. There were only a few times I needed to communicate with Roshy and they were quick to respond, and so helpful. We would 10 out of 10 recommend, to any size family. Our favorite part was that we could hang on the lanai, cook dinner as a family, and see the ocean all at the same time. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the showers were large and luxurious. We’ve traveled to Hawaii several times as a family, and these accommodations were the most up-to-date. We especially liked the storage space, hanging space for garments, and the ability to do laundry.

A DREAM COME TRUE

My entire immediate family together - celebrating each other, various accomplishments, birthdays and anniversaries in a dream location with absolute dream hosts. Could not have been more perfect accommodations for 8 adults (26-64) and our twin grandchildren aged 4! Our sparkling clean living space was perfection and the resort amenities were so beautiful that we looked forward to going back “home” every day! In fact, we canceled dinner reservations because we had such fun cooking and enjoying our balcony dining with stunning views! Above and beyond that were our gracious and personable hosts who were available 24/7. I broke our glass coffee pot and a coffee cup due to wet hands/dropping. I reached out immediately to apologize and have them bill me for a replacement. Within 5 minutes I was assured accidents happen and not to worry and within two hours I had a new coffee pot on our front doorstep! We were sad to leave our Maui “home” and will absolutely look forward to our next stay!!!

The pictures did not do this property justice… it is amazing. It has everything we needed.

We were celebrating a family event. We had 13 in total. There was plenty of space for all. The condo had everything we could possibly need, from water toys for the kids to beach chairs, etc. we will definitely come back!

Spacious and clean villas.

We rented two villas for a friends birthday. We had 12 people total in two villas and even when we cooked and hung out in one unit there was plenty of room. The units were very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The amenities at the resort were nice to have access to but we mainly hung out at the villa pools or on the balconies.

Paradise

As Kauai went back into a 2-week lockdown, we had to make a last minute change to our vacation plans. We wanted to stay somewhere premium. There were 8 adults in our party and finding two units next to each other allowed us more than enough space to hang out together in the evenings and have some privacy when going to bed. The units were in perfect shape. They are almost brand new. The pools at the hotel were nice and we loved being able to eat at Duke's and have their Hula Pie almost every night. Communication was instant and always pleasant and accommodating. If you're on the fence, jump off and take the plunge. You'll be glad you did. It's a beautiful place to enjoy a beautiful island.
