Beautiful location, we stayed here last year. We had the misfortune of being on Maui during a several day long deluge and a 23.5 hour blackout. Despite all this our stay in the condo was very nice.

We had an excellent stay! There were several thoughtful touches--our favorite was the coffee. Loved being right on the ocean and our view. We were there in mid-November and swam and snorkeled every day. We saw turtles every day, small manta rays twice, a small octopus once, and maybe a dolphin? Would definitely stay again. And extra thanks for the flexible check out as we had a late flight departure. We really got to enjoy our last day of vacation.

What a great place. We loved it. Had everything you need as far as kitchen supplies beach chairs coolers. Pool was great. Small private beach. We could walk to anything we needed. Close to many other beaches to check out. Hope to make it back some day!! PS No AC was something to get used to but it really was fine by the end of the day and for sleeping. Had natural white noise of the ocean with the windows and everything open. Amazing waking up drinking a cup of Kona coffee and sitting watching the sea turtles on the lanai.

Absolutely gorgeous condo! The views from the private second floor lanai were incredible, just the most amazing sunsets! We loved how quiet it was at the beach and pool. It is super close to so many little shops and restaurants and the food truck park. We picked up groceries at Times Supermarket just down the street. Super convenient and had anything you might need. The ABC store is a couple minutes to walk to from the condo as well for any needs. The condo was FULLY stocked with anything you might need. ALL the kitchen tools, cookware, etc. they even have a blender and a frother for making fancy drinks or coffees! Having 1 and a half baths was perfect for our family of 4! We loved watching all the turtles right at the beach at the condo. We saw several daily! We saw a ray sunning one day and a pod of dolphins went by another day! You can even see the lights from Honolulu right across the ocean between the islands of Molokai and Lanai which was pretty cool! The hosts were incredibly responsive and reached out during our stay to ensure everything was ok. So kind! We absolutely would stay here again! Paradise!!

Beautiful waterfront condo!

We had a wonderful stay! Great communication with check in and out. Condo stocked with everything we could need for our stay! Kitchen fully stocked even with yummy coffee. Lanai spacious, beautiful views.Easy parking. Walkable coffee shop, bakery, snorkel shop.Pool was conveniently located next to the beach. Sea turtles swimming right off of our beach.Will definitely recommend this location to friends and family. And will definitely return! Aloha!

Great location and property

This was our third time staying at this Nohonani condo, and it was amazing as always. It's the perfect spot for our family (we have two kids under 4). The beach and pool on the property make it easy to relax without ever having to pack up the car. We also love that there’s a great park, a coffee shop, and a fish market all within a short walk. It’s become our go-to place on Maui—highly recommend!

Amazing Stay!

This condo is by far my new favorite place to stay in Maui! Everything about it was perfect. No need for AC here. The ocean breeze and the large open windows were glorious. I was sad to leave.

Amazing vacation

The place was well maintained and the location was amazing. We were near Boss Frog and rented snorkeling gear and able to enjoy the ocean by the unit. We could used AC since we are from Vegas and used to the dry cool hot weather but the unit had enough fans and open windows to have breeze during the day. The host was very prompt on responses and we appreciated the welcome amenities.

Amazing oceanfront condo

This is our second time staying here, and it did not disappoint. Great location, a beautiful condo, and incredible views. Perfect one-level for our toddler and close to a park with a beach. The pool on the property and beach are also convenient for parents and kids.

Amazing view

Turtles outside your patio

We had a great time! Turtles came to eat multiple times a day just off the balcony in the water that was just feet from our condo. Easy to walk to everything we needed. Really delightful!

Perfect place for our family of four!

This was an amazing stay for us and the photos of the views didn’t do it justice. So close to the ocean and sea turtles who visited daily. The condo is not huge but it is clean and updated. The kitchen was fully stocked and they had all the “little things” available that you might need. The property itself is well maintained and quite. This particular condo is an end unit, away from the pool so it is really private. The views are amazing! The sound of the waves was constant and helped us to sleep. Josie, our host, checked in with us and left a few thoughtful gifts upon our arrival. We will definitely be back!

Unit Pictures Deceiving

Has nice view but nothing else. Unit was carefully Staged for VRBO—it is dated, dirty, a very tiny bedroom #2, small bathrooms and paper thin walls. Rain poured into unit when we were there—had to use all large beach towels and floor mats to stop water. Dry rot in baseboard near windows in living room. This is the worst VRBO unit we have ever rented—not worth the view—which is all it has to offer.

Not quite what we expected....

To begin, I have to be fair in saying that we were there at a really hot time of the Summer. It was a bit unusual. Not having AC was a really, really big deal. So much so that we tried to change our flight back to go home early. We have stayed in places without AC before but the way this condo was set up made it very hot. We had to keep everything wide open to get any air which created a feeling of zero privacy. Being only on the second floor, the people right below us and across at the adjacent building had a perfect birds eye view in. We constantly changed in the bathroom. Another issue was the safety lights on the building next door which shine directly on the master bed. We couldn’t shut the shade because we were so hot. Secondly, the inside is well kept and clean but it is so outdated it’s hard to see past that. The pictures made it look better than it was. The “beach” at this condo is not very usable, and very small. Don’t count on kids wanting to be there. Pool was ok, a bit small for the number of guests. The good things are the fact you are literally on the ocean, very loud ( I loved it, my husband thought it was too loud) but very, very beautiful. The proximity to coffee, restaurants and Kaanapali and Napili/Kapalua bay is a positive. We were right in the middle. There are beach chairs, boogie board, cooler, etc to use which was nice. Only problem with those- they have been used so much that only one chair and the cooler worked. The other chair and the boogie board straps were broken. 😕 There was a nice welcome package left from Deb ( she was really attentive to what she could do) and the parking was really convenient. The pricing was fair especially for the season. I think if there was updating, and paying more attention to the details, this would be a great place.
