"A beautiful facility in a very nice location and onsite amenities, the room was spacious, clean and nicely fitted, I just wish room service was like done as promised, had to ask for a refresh after 3 days of no service at all, staff were super nice and supportive though, Parking is expensive and not included in the booking fee."

Gode faciliteter som pool, spa, gratis vaskemuligheder, bordtennis, lækker morgenbuffet og ikke mindst gratis aftenhygge ml 1630 og 1930 med buffet, fri vin og øl. "The room was great! Love the space, the kitchen is big with a full size refrigerator. I wish the kitchen was smaller so there would be more space in the living room. They serve breakfast in the lobby and the day we were there it was packed so just be patient, they kept refilling the breakfast items which was great! "

"The check-in was uncomfortable. The lady behind the counter basically seemed like she was having a bad day. I am Danish and forgot my passport, but I had a picture of it on my phone and my American friend offered HIS identification. She did not want that. She made it seem impossible for us to check in. Like we woud have to leave - too bad!
Then she finally called her boss who obviously told her to let us check in!
Other than that, lovely place and lovely service. I wrote them in advance that...

The beds were so comfortable and pillows were like clouds! There was enough storage space for our group and the room had a small fridge and table with 3 chairs. Our room faced PCH, and although you could hear some street traffic the AC was enough “white” noise to block the street noise. They also have a white noise machine...
