The Space:
This apartment, located on a first floor with elevator access, features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious terrace with a pool, which can be accessed directly from the living room or one of the bedrooms.

The apartment includes one bedroom with a king-size bed, a workstation, and a private bathroom; a second bedroom with two single beds (which can be converted into a large double bed); a second bathroom; a spacious living room with a private terrace at pool level; and a fully equipped large kitchen, including a washing machine and dishwasher.

Enjoy the shared pool (including a shallow pool for children) and the large sunny terrace with loungers.

There is air conditioning and heating in all rooms, unlimited high-speed internet access, a 55-inch Smart TV in the living room with over 100 channels and apps like Netflix, Disney, Prime, and Apple TV, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV in the master bedroom.

There is also a private garage for parking your car and plenty of free street parking.

The property is in a quiet area but close to several points of interest in the city. You can walk to the stunning Meia Praia beach (5 minutes on foot) and to Lagos' historic center and market (10 minutes on foot). It is also near the train station (5 minutes on foot) and the bus station (10 minutes on foot). Close to the apartment, there is a large supermarket (Pingo Doce, 10 minutes on foot).

Additionally, you can enjoy the leisure areas, including the pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunny days. A parking space is also included for your convenience, providing safety and ease for your vehicle.

This condominium community primarily comprises private residences, and we kindly request our guests to be considerate of the peaceful atmosphere on the premises. Please be aware that we have specific guidelines in place, including a commitment to maintaining a quiet environment. We have a strict policy against noise disturbances, parties, the use of glassware near the pool, pool toys, jumping in the pool, disruption of the communal areas and pool, and any form of ball games in the pool area. Additionally, we have a family-oriented atmosphere.

In accordance with Portuguese legal requirements, all property owners are obligated to provide guest information to the Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). To ensure compliance, we will send you an SEF form upon booking. Completing and returning this form to us before your arrival is mandatory.
