Other things to note
Wecome to my home. This is a fully residential property with a strict NO SMOKING policy hence why a comfortable smoking area is provided. Noise should be reduced to a minimum from 10:30pm downwards. As we have neighbors with children living around. Please switch of electrical appliances like lights, aircondition etc when not using and treat the place as you would your home. We also have a very good continental chef who will come in for the day and cook your meals, be it local or international cuisine at a very competitive rate.
