A large wardrobe divides the sleeping and living spaces, creating a nice sense of separation that makes the studio feel more like a one-bedroom apartment.

Outside, enjoy your partly private terrace, ideal for morning coffee or a relaxed evening drink.

➤ Please note: there is an active construction site next to the property, operating between 8:30 a.m. and 5–6 p.m. It is fairly quiet for now, but daytime activity may occur. Access to the apartment involves stairs.
