Villa Cape Verde is a welcoming residence ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, tranquillity and a relaxed environment for their holidays in the Algarve.



The living room offers a bright and comfortable space for moments of togetherness, whilst the dining room complements the environment, creating the perfect setting for group meals.



On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with a bathtub and a bedroom with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower.



On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with a bathtub and a bedroom with two single beds en suite with a shower, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone. There is also a guest bathroom in the property.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering convenience for preparing meals throughout your stay.



On the outside, the property features a private swimming pool, a ping pong table and a barbecue area, providing the ideal environment to relax and enjoy the Algarve climate.



The location is privileged, close to beaches, restaurants, bars and various points of interest, guaranteeing a comfortable and memorable stay.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



We recommend hiring a car, taking into account the property's location and, if you wish, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €180 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 guests.

From the 9th to the 10th guest an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
