Casa Lottie

Casa Lottie conveniently located in Monte Dourado. A comfortable, roomy, light, airy, ground floor apartment in the heart of the village it is amazingly calm even in the busier summer months. A few steps take you to one of the 5 pool areas and beyond just a 5 minutes stroll downhill brings you to the beach and the many cafes, restaurants, bars and shops the village has to offer. Ideally situated for a great holiday. Car hire not necessary.



From the large open terrace, which enjoys early sunshine for breakfast and a view over the valley and pools, the front door leads into the generous entrance hallway allowing access to the whole apartment.



There are two large bedrooms (one with King-sized bed and one with twin beds) both have fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning. There are two shower rooms both equipped with walk-in showers with overhead rain and handheld shower heads.



The fitted kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances: fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven and microwave along with small appliances, toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee machine. The cupboards and drawers are full of what you would expect to find in your own home. There is also a clothes drying area, iron and ironing board.



Facing onto the wide sunny garden terrace the air-conditioned lounge/dining room is light bright and airy, very comfortably furnished and complete with wood burning stove for those chilly winter evenings. There is high quality WiFi throughout the apartment.



The spacious terrace runs the full width of the apartment, with good size table and chairs, an ideal place for al fresco dining. Casa Lottie is one of the very few apartments on the whole complex which has a private garden area leading from the terrace. There is a pair of comfortable reclining chairs on the decking, great for sunbathing or quietly reading in the sun. The deck in the evening is a very desirable and tranquil place to be, while enjoying the view over the valley and village rooftops with a Sundowner in hand.



There are five swimming pools in the complex (one heated in winter), all with separate children’s pool, sun loungers and umbrellas.

There are two tennis courts on site, equipment hire is available from Reception.



There are 6 steps down and 4 steps up to the apartment.



The complex of Monte Dourado is in the very heart of Carvoeiro so you have easy walking access to the village and its many attractions. At the same time it is quiet and there is ample free parking, which is not available in the village itself.
