Casa Presa Moura

Casa Presa Moura is located in the quiet Presa de Moura complex in Sesmarias, a district of Carvoeiro.
The terraced corner house has a separate entrance. From the entrance area you enter the large living room with dining and work area. It has access to a terrace with fantastic views over a nature reserve to the sea. The large, well-equipped kitchen and a guest toilet are located on the same floor.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the lower floor. Both bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and access to a terrace.
The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and there is a fireplace in the living room.

ELECTRICITY AND AIR CONDITIONING ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE FOR ALL BOOKINGS RECEIVED FROM 10.05.2025.

The complex has a communal pool, a fitness room and a tennis court.

SURROUNDINGS

Sesmarias is one of the places where you can enjoy a peaceful vacation. It is located between the popular tourist resort of Carvoeiro and the fishing village of Ferrangudo.
In and around Carvoeiro there are several tennis and equestrian centers, golf courses, water parks, beauty salons, gyms, a diving school as well as various banks and all other amenities.
Within a short driving distance you will find the Zoomarine, shopping centers and plenty of water sports facilities.
For hikers, the cliffs are a worthwhile destination for an exploration tour.

Carvoeiro is the ideal starting point for discovering the Algarve.

These include coastal hikes, the Monchique mountains with more than 900 meters of altitude, Sagres as the most south-westerly point in Europe, historic towns such as Lagos and Silves, an interesting day trip to the capital Lisbon (travel time approx. 2.5 hours) or an eventful day trip to Seville in Spain (travel time approx. 2 hours).

A rental car is recommended for exploring the Algarve region. You can reach the nearest larger towns such as Portimão, Albufeira or Lagoa as well as numerous beautiful sandy beaches in a short time. Swimming in the sea is possible here almost all year round.
