  • Perched on the clifftop with breathtaking, uninterrupted sea views, this magnificent villa enjoys an enviable location just a few steps from the beautiful Praia do Carvalho. Situated within the prestigious Clube Atlântico development, only 4 km east of Carvoeiro, the villa offers peace, privacy, and easy access to some of the Algarve's most spectacular coastline.



    The property sits directly on the renowned Seven Hanging Valleys Trail, widely regarded as one of the most scenic coastal walks in Europe. The famous Benagil Caves and the stunning Praia da Marinha are both within easy reach, making this an ideal base for exploring the region's natural beauty.



    Set behind electric gates, the villa offers secure parking for several vehicles on the private driveway. From the moment you enter, your attention is drawn to the inviting swimming pool and the panoramic sea views beyond.



    The spacious open-plan living and dining area is filled with natural light and opens directly onto the pool terrace through large patio doors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living space. The fully equipped kitchen has been updated with modern appliances while retaining the traditional Portuguese character that gives the villa its unique charm.



    The villa offers three comfortable bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, along with a separate family bathroom. Outside, the beautifully designed terrace provides everything needed for relaxed holiday living, including a built-in barbecue, an outdoor dining area, and several seating areas. A particularly special spot is the seating area overlooking the sea, where you can unwind with a glass of wine while watching the sun set over the Atlantic. A convenient poolside WC completes the outdoor facilities.

Great get away with friends

A very nice house with a great pool. Rooms are spaces and in the kitchen is everything you need. The view is super with a perfect beach nearby.

Excellent home and host. The best location for exploring, cliff walking, beach going on an incredible beach, little restaurants are only a short amazingly scenic cliff hike away. Pool was perfect and the home is large, spacious and well equipped. The conditioners were perfect to have for evening sleeping. All in all, a perfect holiday.

Amazing Property

This house was perched on top of a cliff overlooking Carveiro beach and positioned on the Seven Valleys Hiking Trail along the ocean. The Benagil Caves were close by and the pool was clean and refreshing for hot days in April. It was a spacious property with plenty of room for all.

The location, living rooms, bedrooms and outdoor areas are fantastic and of very high standard More modern and spacious shower solutions in the two main bathrooms could be expected given the price of the house. We would also recommend a brush up of sun beds and parasolls.

This rental has many amazing features. It is directly on the Seven Hanging Valleys Trail so you can hike everyday and enjoy watching people tackling the trail. The views are amazing from the patio and the home is as advertised. There is an amazing Italian restaurant La Bella Vita a quick walk away. A couple of things to be aware of … This home is in a community of homes that are a 50 minute walk to Carvoeiro and a 50 -60 minute walk to a grocery store. We like to walk and we ubered the rest of the time. The pool is not heated, doesn’t have the capability of being heated and has no cover so when we were there in March it was too cold to use. The cushions on the lounge chairs need to be replaced and there were some other things that could be upgraded to make this property first class. Mariana was a great property manager who addressed our concerns promptly. It was also really nice to have cleaning service once a week.We loved our stay here and would recommend.

4 week winter vacation

Location is beautiful, but please be aware a public carpark is next door, and can be very noisy. Also public footpath end of pool area, can be noisy from visitors walking. Villa is beautifully fitted with good furniture, plenty of hot water.Could not use the pool, as not heated. Walk down to beach is steep, beach is wonderful. On the whole we enjoyed our stay

The House: Exactly as shown in the photos. Honestly, my favourite part of the trip - had everything I wanted. The Property Management Company: Professional and helpful. We had a few hiccups in the beginning and they solved the issues within a reasonable amount of time. The agent who came out to the house was super friendly. The Beach: Beautiful beach and hiking trails, and being so close you can easily avoid the crowds by going in the eveningearly morning. One thing to note - there was quite a bit of nudity here. We didn’t encounter this at any other beach we visited, so it may be specific to this one due to how secluded it is. Just a head’s up if you’re travelling with kids.

Séjour de rêve!!

Magnifique villa dans un emplacement de rêve!! Plages, grottes, kayak, falaises, vue magnifique.. tout cela à distance de marche. Nous avons adoré notre sejour. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Il ne vous manquera de rien pour cuisiner! Merci!
