"Do NOT pick this property!! It is NOT on the beach, every all inclusive amenity is at the other resort across the street, other than a small tiki bar. Concierge and front desk close early and you have to go to other resort for any help with anything!! This place should be closed down!! Thr shuttles take so long to get you; it’s almost as if the other guests at their other “resort” are far more important. Guest experience was never there!
