Moissac and its cloister, Lafrançaise and its lake "Aquapark", less than 10 minutes by car, offer you all amenities. Montauban and its historic center is less than 30 minutes away and Toulouse, the pink city and its Cité de l'Espace is located an hour from the property.�PGJyPgPast the automated gate, you benefit from a reserved parking lot, a heated and secure swimming pool, in service from May 1st to October 15th depending on the weather, but also a City, multi-sports ground where you can practice tennis, football, basketball, volleyball or badminton. In the shade of the plane trees, you have the petanque court and the ping pong table available. (All accessories are available free of charge).
Two independent accommodations named "La Tour" and "Les Roses" are available for a maximum of 6 guests in each of them.
The premises are non-smoking and ashtrays are available on each terrace.
The accommodations, which have stairs, are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Pets are allowed under certain conditions.
Each individual shaded terrace is equipped with garden furniture, table, lounge and barbecue.
Inside, each of the accommodations has a built-in kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, multi-function microwave, fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee makers and filter, kettle, toaster, cleaning scale and 3-in-1 blender. A living room with sofa bed, TV, Wifi. Two large bedrooms with 160 cm beds, bathrooms or shower rooms.

Accommodation "La Tour": you will discover on the first floor, a kitchen open to the dining room and its terrace, a bedroom and its private shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find a large air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a living room, also air-conditioned, equipped with a sofa bed, TV and desk, as well as a second shower room.PGJyPgPGJyPg
Accommodation "Les Roses": close to its terrace covered with an arbour, the large entrance opens onto an independent kitchen on the first floor. Upstairs, you will find a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and two sinks, a living room with sofa bed and TV, small games/reading area and two large bedrooms with 160 cm beds. Separate toilet.

In order to satisfy large groups (10 - 12 travellers maximum), the two accommodations can be rented at the same time and over the same period.

The loan of bed linen, towels, cleaning and cleaning products, a grocery fund in the kitchens are included in the price of the stay. Pool towels not provided.
At no extra charge and on request, we provide a travel cot, a Co-dodo and a seat riser.
