When we arrived to our room, there were both dog hair and human hair in the bathtub. After cleaning the next morning it was still there. "We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. "

One thing I feel can further improve is, when we arrived at the hotel around 1700hrs it was already total darkness as we are travelling in winter Dec 2024. "Lovely spot, right in the centre of Bath. The room we had was in a different building just round the corner. (A fantastic whisky bar below though and a pub opposite!)
