"Rooms where clean but the bed felt like sleeping on cardboard boxes. Really bad place to get a good nights sleep. You come down to breakfast, and after they prepare the buffet early in morning they apparently don’t make more warm food, so you get cold food if you’re late. Staff is friendly and nice but the hotel is very old and worn down. "

"We booked an upgraded “Classic Double Room” to avoid cheaper rooms in the Separate Building Outside the Hotel. Upon arrival, our luggage was taken, which at first seemed like good service, but only because we had to walk 350 meters up and down steep terrain, past private houses unrelated to the hotel. Finding the way was so difficult that a staff member had to guide us – something they appeared to do for all guests. At reception we asked if there was a mistake, but were told that other rooms were even further away, while those closer to the main building were of much lower standard. This meant a 700-meter round trip not only for breakfast every morning, but also for every visit to the hotel facilities – something I would never recommend for elderly or less mobile guests. The rooms are outdated but functional, though we found mold around the air conditioning outlet. Fortunately, we only stayed a week. The view of the sea was beautiful, but that was the highlight. Pictures online match somewhat, but are clearly more flattering than reality. Mandatory swimming caps in the pool were never mentioned beforehand, and even hotel photos show guests swimming without them. Breakfast was disappointing: staff ate directly from the buffet while guests were still dining, and the coffee machine barely worked. The restaurant view was lovely, but impossible to enjoy due to the number of wasps outside. Overall, the surroundings are beautiful, but definitely not 4-star standards. "

"Skøn beliggenhed, vidunderlig udsigt over Middelhavet og bugten når man sad i ro over morgenmaden, MEN og det er et stort minus! Hotellet tjener svinepenge ved at afholde bryllupper, og det gør de så stort set HVER dag, dog ikke søndag. Dvs der er masser af uro fra tidlig morgen,i den åbne gård hvor altanerne fra værelserne vender ud, hvor personalet er i gang med forberedelser. Fra midt på eftermiddagen og til efter midnat (nogle bryllupper slutter dog “allerede” kl21) kan man så forvente massiv larm fra mange bryllupsgæster, musikanlæg, sangere og fyrværkeri. Så hvis man gør sig forhåbninger om at sidde i ro på sin altan i det tidsrum er det på ingen måde muligt. Der udover bliver man bedt om at benytte en anden indgang hvis man kommer hjem til hotellernes brylluppet pågår. Ingen tvivl om at bryllupsgæster bliver vægtet over hotellets gæster, virkelig langt fra hvad vi havde forestillet os. Service i forbindelsernes morgenmad, aftensmad og anden hjælp var ellers upåklagelig. Det her er en klar kritik af hotellets ledelse ikke det daglige personale, som blot udfører deres arbejde i overensstemmelse med ledelsens kapitalistiske rettelinjer!"
