Lacanau lake and forest, large air-conditioned family house

Our house is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Lacanau, at Carreyre, close to the Lake, on a large wooded plot with an incredible view of the forest.

The entire house is air-conditioned. Electric vehicle charging point available as an extra (cost price).

It offers 4 spacious bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: A Queen-size bed

Bedroom 2: A King-size bed

Bedroom 3: Two single beds (convertible into a King-size bed on request) and two children's beds (140x70).

Bedroom 4: A Queen-size bed.



Modern and fully equipped kitchen. You will find everything you need to prepare your meals: induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, bean-to-cup coffee maker, food mixer, and many other utensils. The extendable dining table can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.



The house has two complete bathrooms, each with a bathtub, shower and double sink, as well as two separate toilets.



Outside, a garden lounge invites you to enjoy an aperitifextend your evenings, lulled by the calm of the forest and the song of birds.

The vast grounds offer generous space and allow parking for up to 4 vehicles.



Sports equipment: Punch bag and gloves available on the terrace.



A privileged situation between lake and ocean

Our house benefits from a strategic location to enjoy the riches of Lacanau:

Lacanau Lake is accessible within a few minutes on foot.

Moutchic beach, just 2 km away, is a privileged spot for water activities: paddleboarding, sailing, kitesurfing, pedalo, and the popular Splash Park.

The large ocean beaches are 5 km away, easily accessible by cycle path.



In order to guarantee you a peaceful holiday:

Bed linen and towels are provided.

The beds are made upon your arrival.

We provide beach towels and beach toys for children.
