Living room with kitchen ceramic hob / oven / lounge and dining area, south-facing reading lounge, two bedrooms: one bedroom with two 80x200m beds that can be twinned into a 160x200 bed with chest of drawers and another bedroom with a mosquito net, a large closet / wardrobe with a 160x200 bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a shower with door. For your returns from the beach or to store your bikes you have a garage where the washing machine is also located. Sheets and household linen are provided, and bathroom linen rental is available as an option. Heating is available at an additional cost from early October to mid-April. Optional end-of-stay cleaning is available for a fee from 01/01 to 05/07 and from 23/08 to 31/12 (if you do not take the cleaning package, a cleaning deposit check will be requested upon arrival). From 05/07 to 23/08, the price includes end-of-stay cleaning.
