The open-plan kitchen-diner is fitted with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine and fridge, arranged around a central island with bar seating, and a bright, book-lined staircase area makes a quiet reading corner.

Outside, the sea-view infinity pool takes centre stage on a panoramic terrace framed by loungers, and a timber pergola shelters an outdoor dining table for long, shaded lunches. A private garden and a barbecue area round out the outdoor space, set against the hillside\'s greenery. The villa sits above Rabac in the hillside area of Gornji Rabac, with sea views over the bay towards the island of Cres. Restaurants and bars in Rabac are a 5-minute drive away, and Lanterna Beach and the FKK naturist beach at Girandella, both with clear water, are around a 15-minute drive, alongside the nearest diving centre. For hikers, the Sentonina Staza trail, a gentle forest walk to a small waterfall between Rabac and Labin, is roughly the same distance. Pula Airport is around a 50-minute drive away.
