The hotel was very nice, brand new, & clean. Our room was clean but bare. No curtains so the light shined through the blinds. Very clean!
The check in process - the woman (I think her name is Mrs Margo) was soooo extremely nice. She was the only person working and was very bombarded with check ins, phone ringing off the hook, needy entitled potential guest wanting a tour of the property at 8:00pm and to look in their potential room demanding a certain rate, all while multiple families were trying to check in. She was the sweetest and did not let that affect her attitude at all though. I felt extremely bad for her and obviously not one single person should be the only one working a hotel at night. That’s unsafe and overwhelming. Mrs Margo was also trying to protect herself by wearing a mask and gloves. The gloves don’t protect you though if you are constantly wearing them. You are just spreading the germs from surface to surface. The best thing to do is to wash your hands multiple times!
Overall, I would definitely stay here again!!!
