Located in a quiet residential area of La Zubia, the 800 m2 holiday home "Cypress House" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (the master one equipped with a whirlpool and a double bed), the other 2 bedrooms have have three trundle beds each, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. The property can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a wooden stove, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair can be provided.

Your private outdoor area includes a fenced pool (open from May 15 to September 30), an open terrace and a grill. An outdoor area with a covered terrace is also available for your use.

There is access to public transport nearby as well as an array of restaurants, cafés, bars, and tourist attractions. In addition, it is a 5-minute walk to the centre of La Zubia and to a view of the Vega of Granada. Granada can be reached in 10 minutes by public transport and cycling, hiking and jogging, among other activities, can be practiced in the vicinity of the property.

This property has light and water-saving features.

There is a security system at the entrance facing the street, to keep an eye on the garden. It does not face the common areas.

Although the property has an orchard, eco-friendly products will not be offered to guests.
